This case is of a female, aged 60 years old, with years of dental neglect due to extreme dental phobia. This patient requested a new permanent and functional result, with all treatment completed under IV sedation for more comfort.
Treatment
Removal of decayed roots, gum therapy, root canal therapy, multiple high-end aesthetic crowns, multiple dental implants placement (10 in total) with aesthetically pleasing implant crowns and pontics placed for the final restoration.
